We want you to love what you ordered! If you’re not completely satisfied, our return policy makes it easy to return or exchange your items. Here’s how it works:
Return Eligibility
Items can be returned within 7 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Certain items, including final sale and clearance items, are not eligible for return.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please visit our website and log into your account. Select the order you wish to return and follow the instructions to generate a return label. Alternatively, you can contact our customer service team for assistance.
Pack your items securely and include the original packing slip or receipt with the return label provided.
Return Shipping Costs
If you are returning an item due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping fees.
Refunds and Exchanges
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5-7 business days to appear on your statement.
If you prefer to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item. We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will work quickly to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund as needed.
